How does storage work with CCM Storage?

CCM Storage has both Indoor and Outdoor storage for all types of vehicles – Boats, RV’s, Campers, and Personal Watercraft. Once a customer makes a deposit to reserve a spot, they call CCM Storage to schedule the date for Pickup or Dropoff of their vehicle. Customers arrive at the facility and drop off their vehicle with us. We than take your vehicle and place it into our storage building in a location to optimize storage capacity of our buildings. Customers just drop off their vehicles to us and CCM storage does the rest.

How do I reserve my spot at your facility?

Simply select the Reserve Your Spot green button on our website. You will answer a couple of quick questions (# of vehicles, Size, Indoor/Outdoor storage) to ensure we have availability for you. Once we confirm availability, you will be taken to our Reservation Request Form where you will enter your customer and vehicle information.

After you complete and submit your Reservation Request – we will send you a link within 24 hours (via email) to our Customer Portal where you will create a password (you only have to do this once). Upon creating your password, you will need to sign the storage agreement and submit payment of the $100 reservation fee (the $100 reservation fee is credited against your first monthly payment) plus electronic processing fee. Upon submission of payment, your spot is automatically reserved for the storage season.

Indoor Storage – What are the payment options?

We offer customers the option of either making monthly payments over the duration of their stay or making a one-time upfront payment that covers the entire storage season.

  • We provide the option and customers select based on which option is easier and/or more economical for them.
  • What if I have two vehicles, how do I Reserve My Spot for my second vehicle?

    Simply select that you need to store two vehicles from the number of vehicles needed option when reserving your spot. This will take you to our two vehicle reservation request form. Simply enter your customer information for both vehicles within each respective vehicle registration request.

    What days are available for either Dropoff or Pickup (How does scheduling work)?

    Once we receive your deposit with your customer information, you will call us to schedule either the date of dropoff or pickup and any additional Valet services that you selected. We will work with you to find a scheduling date that works in your calendar. Scheduled days for customer dropoff and pickup are Friday’s and Saturday’s.

    Fall: September & October (November if needed)

    Spring: April & May (June if needed)

    How do I schedule my valet services?

    After selecting ‘Reserve Your Spot’ (Green Button), you are taken to our Reservation Request to enter your customer and vehicle information. Under the Valet Service field, simply select ‘Yes’ for the desired Valet Services. Upon completion of Reserving Your Spot – simply call or email CCM Storage to schedule the Pickup or Dropoff date and time. We will confirm with you prior to the appointment on the scheduled date. Additionally, for customers that desire shrinkwrapping, we complete that service once we have your vehicle in our fenced-in lot in the order received.

    What customers are generally a good fit with CCM Storage?

    Customers that want a safe, secure, and no-hassle environment to store their vehicles. Our customers rarely need access to the vehicle once they drop it off for storage in the Fall. Customers that don’t need to access the vehicle during the storage season are optimally suited for our storage solutions.

    Can I access my vehicle before I intend to pick it up in spring once CCM Storage puts it away into their storage facility?

    We are designed for customers that do not need to access their vehicles until the Spring. We know that sometimes emergencies and life happens and if you have a special circumstance (i.e.: One time access need), please contact us to determine if/how we can accommodate your specific request.

    What is the typical duration that boats are stored with CCM Storage?

    Our customers normally put their boats into our storage facilty in the fall (September or October) timeframe and retrieve their boats in spring (April or May). This normally equates to a minimum length of storage time of 6 months or so. We have intentionally designed our storage solutions to be seasonally longer term, so we can optimize the cubing of our facilities and pass along the economics to our customers in more favorable monthly rates.

    How do monthly payments work?

    Indoor storage payments are due at the beginning of the month for each month of rental. Indoor storage applies your initial deposit against your first monthly rental payment based on the pro-rated days in our facility for the month.

    Do you offer trailer storage?

    We offer both Indoor and Outdoor storage options during the summer months for your trailer storage as well.

    Do you have an onsite office?

    We do not have an onsite office at our facility. Please call us to schedule an appointment.
