Reservations & Pricing

Simply select the Reserve Your Spot green button on our website. You will answer a couple of quick questions (# of vehicles, Size, Indoor/Outdoor storage) to ensure we have availability for you. Once we confirm availability, you will be taken to our Reservation Request Form where you will enter your customer and vehicle information.

After you complete and submit your Reservation Request – we will send you a link within 24 hours (via email) to our Customer Portal where you will create a password (you only have to do this once). Upon creating your password, you will need to sign the storage agreement and submit payment of the $100 reservation fee (the $100 reservation fee is credited against your first monthly payment) plus electronic processing fee. Upon submission of payment, your spot is automatically reserved for the storage season.

Customers have the option of paying a monthly storage fee OR making an upfront one-time payment that covers the entire storage season.

• Indoor storage pricing is based on a monthly cost of $5.00 per linear foot. This is measured from the tongue of the trailer to the furthest position on the back of the vehicle (swim platform, outboard motor, etc.)
• To understand the pricing difference between options (Monthly vs. Upfront), simply click on the green button ‘Reserve My Spot’ and complete the first 3 steps (and click on Check Availability). This will quantify the Upfront Payment option for you.
• Normally the upfront payment offers customers a 10% to 15% discount (depending on length of stay).

Outdoor Storage is billed upfront in the amount of $190 per season regardless of length. The season is considered from September through the end of May annually. Regardless of your total days/months of storage, you will be billed upfront $190. Meaning after you pay the $100 deposit to reserve your spot, the remainder due is $90.

We offer several options with our valet services:

• Valet Pickup – Base Fee is $100 within a 20 mile radius of our facility. Customer is required to contact us for specific scheduling details.
• Valet Dropoff – Base Fee is $100 within 20 mile radius of facility. Customer is required to contact us for specific scheduling details.
• Shrinkwrapping – A fee of $14.00 is charged per linear foot for shrinkwrapping of any vehicle. Customer is required to contact us for specific scheduling details. Upon customer approval of cost estimate, we’ll complete the services.

(Valet Pickup and Dropoff are separate services and fees, meaning for customers that desire both services it would cost $200, which are billed at time of the respective services.)
(Customers are required to meet us at the Public Launch for any Valet Pickup or Delivery).
